Joining the Library
Anyone is entitled to use the library and its resources, including access to the Internet, for no charge. A membership for borrowing is free if you live in the City of Cornwall. Identification with a current Cornwall address is required as proof of residency.A fee is charged for borrowing privileges to persons not residing within the City of Cornwall.
Support your Library
The library is a registered charitable not-for-profit organization. Donations to enhance programs and services are always welcome. There are many ways to help.
