SYDNEY STREET ACCESS TO LIBRARY PARKING LOT CLOSED DURING CONSTRUCTION

The library will remain open during the Sydney street reconstruction, however access to the adjacent municipal parking lot via Sydney street will be closed. To access the parking lot, please use George Assaly Lane from Pitt street. Exit the parking lot on Third street. The book return will remain open however you will not be able to drive your vehicle to it. Click here for map.


INTRODUCING OUR LIBRARY OF THINGS

Beginning May 25th, you will be able to borrow things other than books or Dvds at the library. Things such as a portable sewing machine, virtual reality headset, even a mini robot ball! Borrowing is free with your Cornwall Public Library card, but some items may have a small materials fee. To find the Library of Things collection in the library catalogue simply enter the term “Library of Things” in the search screen and then select the item to reserve it. See the pamphlet here.

QUILT of BELONGING SPECIAL 20th ANNIVERSARY PRESENTATION

June 14 @ 10:30 am at CORNWALL PUBLIC LIBRARY. Revisit the rich 20-year history of the Quilt of Belonging, its worldly travels and its future.
