Join us for a fun and creative workshop where children aged 4-6 will fill out a unique worksheet shaped like a soccer ball, while learning more about themselves!

 Join us for Story Time at Alguire park as we join the City’s Parks and Recreation program to celebrate summer with a few stories.

Combine your knowledge of the Olympics with the luck of the dice in this Trivia based game. Participants will hop along a colourful path where each colour represents a different category.

 Join us for Story Time at Riverdale park as we join the City’s Parks and Recreation program to celebrate summer with a few stories.

Do you enjoy the New York Times Puzzles and Games such as Wordle, Connections, The Mini, and more? Join us weekly to solve these challenging games—with a twist! Each week will have new Olympic themed puzzles to solve.

Little ones will have a blast dropping colourful pom poms through a fun track made of recycled cardboard. This engaging activity helps develop fine motor skills and introduces concepts of cause and effect in a playful way.

Join us on the carpet for a fun-filled puppet show story time. From classic fairy tales to the modern stories we all know and love, nothing is off-limits when imagination is involved. 

In this fun and interactive session, kids will dive deep into their favorite sports using a selection of awesome library books. Participants will pick a sport they love and explore fascinating facts, stories, and legends about it.

Join us at the library for a dynamic Writer's Craft Workshop where kids aged 10 to 13 will get to voice their opinions on which sport is the best! This engaging session is perfect for young writers and sports enthusiasts alike.

Knitters and crocheters get together for a couple of hours of socializing and doing what they love. This is not a workshop or a program. Limited space available in the room.

Come to story time at the library for some Olympic-themed stories and a fun activity. It will take place on the second floor at our alphabet carpet. All are welcome! 

Best suited for the 0 to 3-year-olds.

Participants will get to design their dream Olympic uniforms on paper using various art supplies. This hands-on activity encourages artistic expression and imaginative thinking. What sport is your uniform built for?
