Hospice chat with Kristan Poirier
Our presentation on "A Chat about Hospice" will be led by Kristan Poirier.
Kristan is an RPN who formally worked in Long Term Care for 25 years, 10 of those years were in a Dementia Unit. For the past 2 years she has been the Volunteer and Community Supervisor at Care for Hospice and will be presenting what the organization offers to the community, clients and volunteers.
She will answer all questions relating to Hospice. This should be a very informative session.
A Zoom link will be sent every Tuesday before the Forum.
