"Mom and Me" classes provide parents, whether mothers or fathers, with a convenient and enjoyable workout alongside their children. Each session is tailored to accommodate the participants' experience levels and the ages of the children in attendance. For those with older children, the class emulates a modified power yoga session, designed to elevate heart rates while fostering a sense of accomplishment upon stepping off the mat.
The atmosphere of these classes is enhanced by gentle music, specifically curated to appeal to parents and create a soothing environment for the children. Each class offers slight variations to ensure participants remain engaged and challenged.
Participants can anticipate a structured format including a 10-minute warm-up, followed by 30 to 45 minutes of yoga, a 10-minute cooldown stretch, and concluding with an additional 10 minutes of meditation.
