Join the Library
Anyone is entitled to use the library and its resources, including access to the Internet, for no charge. A membership for borrowing is free if you live in the City of Cornwall. Identification with a current Cornwall address is required as proof of residency. A fee is charged for borrowing privileges to persons not residing within the City of Cornwall.
