Heart Frequency
This presentation introduces the HeartMath Institute (HMI). Founded in 1991 its mission was to help people bring their physical, mental, and emotional systems into balanced alignment through the guidance of the heart.
HMI technology has demonstrated via numerous scientifically based studies how all living systems on the planet, including the Earth herself, are intrinsically connected. With greater awareness, we can begin to comprehend how the implications of this are huge in terms of approaching and solving the world's problems.
Heart frequency is an important aspect of the HMI process. Elevating the heart's frequency and bringing the heart into a coherent state allows intentions to be transmitted with greater effect.
