Go for Gold!
Cheer on Team Canada this Winter Olympics and join in with your own games! Becoming an Olympian isn't easy. You have to train long hours for years so let's get you started! Become a Little Olympian by coming back every day between February 4th and 20th to complete an activity, exercise, or game!
Day 16 - February 19
Time yourself jogging or running on the spot for as long as you can without stopping. Make sure to write down your time because you're going to try and beat that time in the future. Check your time today compared to your time from February 11. Did you beat your previous best time?!
