YOGA FOR KIDS - AGES 6 TO 13
Join our Kids Yoga Class for a fun, playful adventure in movement and mindfulness! Perfect for young yogis to build strength, flexibility, and relaxation skills.
This is a simpler version of a flow class. Practising balance, sun salutations, teddy bear stands and music play. 15 minute warm up, 20-minute yoga, 15-minute stretching and cool down, 10-minute practising meditation.
You must register for this program and parental consent is required. No exceptions. Registration is for the entire series.
Bring a mat or a thick towel.
